Hi! My name is Mikayla. I am a photographer based out of northern Vermont, specializing in wedding, family, and senior photography. I started taking photos at my brother’s sporting events in 2004, it then moved to my high school senior classmates and continued to blossom into what MP Photography is now. Once known as Envy Photogenics, I have been through life with my photography for the past 15 years. Real life, the kind that isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. Through that, I always find refuge in photography. It sparks a fire deep in me that I love to ignite through my clients.

I live in a cozy home with my husband, the IT guru, my stepson, Jacob who is sweet as pie but quirky as anything, and my son, Jaxon who is hell on wheels… very fast wheels. We have 2 rescue dogs, Sisu and Koia, and 1 cat, Kitty. So basically I am never actually in control of anything.

I interact the most genuine way I can, just as me. A bit of sarcasm with an upbeat energy that keeps me going through those long wedding days. I don’t sweat the small stuff. And if you’re booking me for your wedding… I’ve been to a few so you can trust me.
